Placing an Order

Placing an order on our website is simple! Below are a few items to consider as you get ready to place an order with us.

Getting started

We offer many items for different events. The best way to get started is to either search by keyword for what you are looking for using our search bar, or choose from specified dropdowns in the Find it Quickly section on our homepage.

Add Items to your Cart

As you browse our website, add items to your shopping cart by pressing the "Add Cart" button. For each product you order, select the desired quantity and any options. Repeat this process until you have every item you'd like in your shopping cart.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Since many of our products are created to order for you, each has a production time prior to shipping. We know our customers are ordering on a timeline and recommend you take a moment to check the estimated delivery date on the product(s) you will be ordering. You can do this in your shopping cart by entering your country and postal code and selecting a shipping method. 

Checkout and Accepted Payment Methods

Click the Checkout button to move to the final steps of completing your order. Our website will walk you through the final steps of placing your order. Below is a quick summary of the information we'll need:

Step 1: Shipping address. This is the physical address where we'll ship your package. Since we ship primarily with FedEx, please be sure this is a street address and not a P.O. box or A.P.O. as FedEx will only deliver to street addresses.

Step 2: Shipping options. This is the shipping speed you've selected once your package leaves our facility.

Step 3: Event details. We ask for your event date so that we can ensure your items arrive in time for your party. If you'll be leaving town before your actual event, we recommend you put your need by date in this field. We will still ship your items according to our normal processing and shipping times, but we'll reach out to you if any issues.

Step 4: Billing Address. Please make sure your billing address matches the address on file with your payment method.

Step 5: Payment info. Enter your payment details here. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Amazon Pay and Paypal. You'll also be given the option to create an account and password in this section. At this time, Beau-coup cannot accept purchase orders (PO's) or paper checks. Please also note that Amazon gift cards and Amazon credit cards are not accepted forms of payment when placing your order via Amazon Payments.

Once you've completed the checkout process, press the Place Order button. If there are any issues, you may be directed back to the checkout screen to correct things like address or payment details. If the order is successful, you will see an order confirmation page. Congrats, you have placed an order with us!
